Sommerberg information
Sommerberg lies in the heart of the Black Forest in Germany at an altitude of 730 meters. The nearby Spa town of Bad Wildbad nestling in the Enz Valley is just over one kilometer from Sommerberg village. Sommerberg can be reached from Bad Wildbad easily by car or funicular railway. The funicular railway takes just 6 minutes to climb the 300 meters from the Enz Valley and departs every half hour. For the more adventurous there is a 1.2km zig-zag path that winds its way through the forest from Bad Wildbad to Sommerberg.
